Stephanie Charalambous is the founder and managing director of S. CHARALAMBOUS & CO LLC.
Stephanie became Member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2002. She has worked as a litigation lawyer at first and then as a senior lawyer in the corporate department of two leading law firms in Cyprus. Through her working experience, Stephanie gained extensive knowledge in corporate and commercial law as well as general litigation. She has wide experience in all aspects of corporate law including company incorporation, management, structuring, shareholders agreements and any other relevant agreements as well as due diligence and corporate projects. The litigation experience gave Stephanie the ability to provide the clients with the litigation part of corporate law and of course debt recovery and other general cases.
